In October 2013, NCL held a BBQ competition at the The Green Man in Wembley, where five teams of five competed for the title of 鈥淏arbeque Kings鈥�.
We were blessed with a sunny day as the teams spent three hours preparing their dishes from a 鈥淢ystery鈥� box of Ingredients. Each team had the same ingredients and had to prepare using their own ideas and recipes.
The standard of food was exceedingly high and it meant that a very close fought competition was won by team 鈥淢agyars鈥� who were adjudicated winners by the judges, Chris, Kami, Margaret and Bruce Mcloughlin.
